Hello All! Chris and I survived our second Thanksgiving together! Whewww! This was a very busy one, and I managed to only have one minor breakdown before it all started--I'd say I did pretty well! Ha Ha! I have always had a very deep hate for all the "hustle and bustle" of the holidays. My parents divorced when I was younger, so growing up, we spent as much time driving from destination to destination as we did actually spending time with our family. It was pretty crazy. I guess that I thought when I got married things would change. I was wrong. Both Chris and I come from divorced families which means that we have four different families, not just two. We really want to be able to spend time with each one, so there is no "my family this year, yours next year." Before we started our Thanksgiving day, I just started crying and basically told Chris that I just wanted to stay home (I'm a little bit of a drama queen), and not go ANYWHERE! I didn't mean it. Chris held me and consoled me, and then I felt better. It turned out to be a GREAT Thanksgiving! We were able to spend some quality time with family members we don't get to see on a regular basis, and we ate some FANTASTIC food! I have posted some pictures of 3 out of the 4 celebrations (in one day) that we attended! Enjoy! The Shaw Family

The Funniest Thing EVER! Chris and I were on our way to the Shaw celebration, and he apparently really liked the song that was playing on the radio! Enjoy!
